Still not sure about our Optimist Coaching Series, here are a few FAQs that may get you over the hump: Question: How much time do I need to commit to coaching? Answer: Each coaching pathway requires approximately one hour per week of on-line coaching time. Question: How many hours per week will I need to dedicate? Answer: In addition to the online coaching time, you can anticipate one to 3 hours/week of self-paced work. Question: What specific skills or knowledge will I gain from this workshop? Answer: Time management, confidence and problem solving are the superpowers of an effective leader. So, these are the skills we focus on and the emphasis varies by pathway. Question: How will this Productivity Playbook improve my time management and productivity in my daily life or work? Answer: If you commit to completing our productivity coaching pathway, you will reclaim 2 hours a week to do whatever makes your heart sing! In addition, we will work with you to implement the HABITS that lead to better time management long term! Question: I'm not in a leadership role. Can I still participate even though I'm not a "leader"? Answer: I am guessing that you ARE a leader in some aspect of your life, but to answer your question... Yes. You can and we encourage you to participate. Question: Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to participate in the Six Sigma pathways? Answer: You don't need to know about Six Sigma or be a math wiz to participate in the Green Belt coaching pathways. However, we highly recommend some familiarity with data and team work before registering for the green belt pathway. Question: Will the Productivity Playbook coaching pathway address common obstacles to productivity? Answer: Absolutely! We will address common obstacles and distractions. We'll also help you create a plan to address both! Question: What materials or resources will be provided? Answer: For all coaching pathways, we provide templates and checklists at no additional costs. Question: Are there opportunities for personalized feedback? Answer: Yes! Most of the coaching is group coaching, but you will receive personalized guidance during the coaching calls, through our online platform, email, and texts. Question: How will the coaching be delivered? Answer: The interactive sessions are online and we'll ask you to complete online experiences using our engaging training platform. Question: What is the size of the class? Answer: Class sizes approximately 10. Question: Will the Six Sigma coaching pathways include manufacturing examples and scary math? Answer: Absolutely not! : ) Question: Does your coaching suite provide practical strategies that I can immediately implement at my job? Answer: Yes! That's the goal!
